olympic curl bar and dumbell set
Though the bars are hollow they seem sturdy enough, and I will not be pushing heavy weights. So the lower price and non solid bars was an acceptable trade off for me.

Just picked this up from Dunham's Sporting goods and looks to be made very well, cant wait to get started...used to love doing curls when I was younger now at 61 want to get started again.

Bang For Your Buck
After much research and debate, whether to buy a set of dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells, I went with these and so glad I did. They have been handling heavier plates with ease, saved lots of money and space. Get them and get gains!
